Employee Attendance and Absenteeism.

The Attendance system Within Quick Personnel combines Power with Usability. In a single glance you can instantly see the Employee/Staff Members annual attendance and absenteeism. As standard you can track of Holidays, Bank Holidays, Illness, lateness, training and Other. We call these Attendance Categories.
Along with these standard categories you have eight User Definable Attendance Categories that you can setup to suit your Business needs. Some examples could be Bereavement, Company Loan, Time In Lieu.
All of the Attendance Categories can be assigned their own colour again this is extremely useful when viewing the Employees Attendance over the year. Click here to see our software in use on our Youtube channel

Using the list on the right hand side all Employees, Staff and Personnel can be accessed from this screen. That means no having to switch between screens.

The Attendance Screen

With everything you need available on one screen and with a full yearly view of all Attendance and Absenteeism along with notes for each entry we feel you will have everything that you need.
The Attendance Screen consists of 2 grids, a Graphical View and a Detail View.

Graphical View:

Using the Graphical View couldn't be simpler, highlight the range of dates that you wish to assign an Attendance Category to and then click the relevant Attendance Category Button on the Toolbar. Each day is split in to AM and PM this way you can assign different categories to the same day.

Detail View:

The Detail View automatically gains an entry when you assign an Attendance Category via the Graphical View. You can change the Value and the Description from the default that is added to what ever you wish.
The Value is used to calculate a Total for the Attendance Category which is then shown at the bottom of the Attendance Screen.

Assigning and Tracking Holiday, Illness, Lateness and Training:

Once you have assigned the attendance category via the Graphical View and assigned a value to it via the Detail View you have a running total for the current Holiday Year for the Company the Employee is assigned to. The running totals for all categories are shown in the lower part of the attendance screen and are completely dynamic as soon as you assign a value to an attendance entry the running total is automatically updated. Each of the user defined attendance categories can have a maximum value assigned to it per Employee. This is also true for the standard attendance category Holiday, these are also shown in the running totals boxes.

Attendance Reports:

The attendance reports allow you to generate a detailed report of an Employees attendance record for use in Disciplinary situations or at Appraisals. The report also includes a summary page that shows the totals for each attendance category that you specify.

Attendance Export:

The attendance export allows you to setup certain criteria to generate a list of attendance for the employees and attendance that suit the criteria you specified. The list is then presented in a grid and from there can be exported to a CSV file, an Excel document or an Access Database. This information and data can then be used in other application like your payroll software or made in to a presentation via Excel.
