What type of categories of attendance can I store for my employees?

There are 6 standard categories for attendance, bank holidays, holidays, illness, lateness, training and other. There are also 8 customisable fields which you can allocate yourselves making it more suitable for your business.

Can I print off the Attendance records if I need too?

Yes you can print off numerous Attendance reports within the report section on the Employee screen.

Can you change the colours for the attendance categories?

Yes, like a lot of areas on Quick Personnel you can customise the attendance categories to any colour you wish. On the attendance screen you simply click configure attendance and the change button and chose the colour you require!.

Can I look at last year’s attendance still?

Yes, on the attendance screen you have a drop down box enabling you to see any date range you wish.

Can I have a different view of the attendance screen?

The attendance screen can be viewed in 4 different layouts, whichever you feel is the best option for you. On the attendance screen click the layout dropdown and select the view you would like.

Can I remove any of the 6 standard categories on the attendance screen?

No you are unable to remove or rename these 6 categories from the system.

Do I have to use all of the 8 optional attendance categories?

No you can use as many or as few of these categories as you require.
