Can I restrict Users from viewing certain Employees? For example Management and Directors?

Yes, every Employee has a security level setting and every User has a security level. If the User has the correct security level then they may view that Employee.

If we have multiple members of staff (users) using Quick Personnel do we all have the same login?

No, each user has their own unique login as security is very important. This way each User can have their own set of Security settings and Access Levels.

How can I decide what each User is allowed to do within Quick Personnel?

Within the User Accounts on the front screen of Quick Personnel, you can tick what each user is enabled to do. You can select the none category, view only category and edit category for each setting.
